The Cass Associates team has been actively involved in the regeneration of brownfield land for over 30 years, and has been responsible for some of the largest and most challenging projects in the UK . This experience covers a wide variety of industrial activities, including coal mining, steel making, petrochemical installations, and ordnance / munitions plants. We take a broad, holistic approach to brownfield land, not a narrow technical one. This has enabled us to develop solutions which minimise costs and environmental impact whilst at the same time creating value for what had previously been seen as a liability.
