Leisure and Tourism is one of the largest, fastest growing sectors of the economy. Cass Associates’ work in the field ranges from sub-regional studies and resort planning to small-scale building and environmental projects. We have worked extensively with both the public and private sectors, often helping to forge effective collaboration between the two. We have highly developed skills in dealing with the wide range of planning and environmental issues associated with leisure and tourism development. We have also carried out extensive research into developing markets and their associated operational requirements.
