Tiddenfoot Waterside Park and Linslade Wood required a flexible landscape masterplan for this important area of greenspace. Stakeholder engagement was a key part of the process.
- Production of conceptual and detailed landscape masterplan for two areas of countryside encompassing 48ha (118 acres) of the Ouzel Valley Park on the edge of Leighton Buzzard and Linslade.
- The robust masterplan provided flexibility for the Council to respond to an increasingly changing cycle of development in the area.
- Services included surveys and a detailed audit and mapping of assets using G.I.S.
- Extensive engagement with key stakeholders, including presentation of draft masterplan to target groups, achieved consensus despite competing aspirations from different parts of the community.
