Power Station Site,

Cass Associates has been responsible for the comprehensive regeneration of a 40ha redundant power station site from initial feasibility, through planning, masterplanning and land reclamation to final development stage. The project is a key component in a wider environmentally-led regeneration programme across the southern part of St. Helens . It involves the development of 20ha of housing within an attractive landscape and open space framework with lakes, woodland, wildlife areas and footpaths, cycleway and bridleway networks.
