Cass Design Consultants is part of the DLP Consulting Group, a multi-disciplinary Employee Owned Trust with offices across the UK.

Our Approach

We offer a fully integrated range of services with specialist expertise in architecture, planning, masterplanning, landscape architecture, ecology, sustainability and conservation.

Co-ordinated services within the DLP Consulting Group include highways design, flood risk assessment and strategic development research.

Since 1983 Cass have successfully completed over 1800 commissions, and won more than 60 awards, for clients across a wide range of sectors.

At Cass Design Consultants we take an intensely client-focussed approach to our work and have been very successful at creating and releasing value for our clients whilst striving to create communities, environments and buildings that enhance people’s lives.

Graham has comprehensive experience of planning practice in both the private and public sectors. Specialising in large regeneration projects for major clients, Graham is experienced across all aspects of town planning practice and the management and implementation of complex projects.

David has worked for national, regional and SME housebuilders as well as land promoters and owners and fully understands the commercial pressures of each sector.

Ian has over 25 years of experience in developing sustainable engineering solutions, from small residential schemes through to large blue-chip commercial developments. His expertise spans from early-stage planning submissions to final ‘As Built’ certifications and encompasses energy efficiency, thermal modelling (overheating) and daylight/sunlight predictions.
