“Cass Associates are very experienced at what they do. I would appoint Cass Associates on their record of delivery, chemistry with people and efficiency. The Cass Team got on with everyone – I want the team working on my behalf to get on well with people, and Cass did. I always felt I could call on Cass Associates for an update. They gave me all the time I needed and re-assured me every step of the way. With their help I could sleep at night”
“The quality and experience of its people is Cass Associates’ greatest strength. It’s a well-run ship.”
“I have enjoyed working with Cass Associates. Whatever has been thrown at Cass they have been able to deal with it and deliver, often beyond expectations. They are creative, sensitive and forward-thinking. They have ideas I would never have thought of myself. I like the set-up and up-to-date flair of Cass Associates’.”
“As the ‘dust settles’,I must say that my overriding thought is that we owe you a big ‘’thank you’’ for providing the Council with very professional and well informed advice and for going that extra mile in all your dealings with us.”
“We had an excellent relationship with our architects throughout the design and construction phases. We are truly grateful. The build contract was not an easy one to supervise, having many subcontractors and at times remote central management. Without Cass the ship at times would have been rudderless! We would not hesitate strongly to recommend Cass both to close acquaintances and other potential customers. Thank you.”
“Cass provided us with excellent individualised architectural services, to a very high standard. We had a number of issues with planning which Cass was able to resolve. Richard is a delightful visionary architect who is passionate about his job and has a wealth of ideas about space, light and ecological building. He’s very relaxed, intelligent and patient with clients”
“I found Cass very easy to work with, quick to understand our issues and had a full grasp of our operational requirements. They attended site when necessary and worked with the other design contractors to finalise the drawing package. They stuck to deadlines and the end product has been well received by the new property team and visitors alike.”
“I have been impressed with Cass Associates’ expertise in heritage and listed buildings. As a third sector organisation, funding is tight. Cass have worked creatively given this context. They have worked alongside us enabling us to learn about the different elements of a capital refurbishment project. They have been actively involved in Community Engagement and their local knowledge has been extremely valuable.”
