Cass Associates was commissioned by London-based Malcolm Reading Consultants to provide planning input into representations on behalf of the Kensington Society on the draft Supplementary Planning Document for Notting Hill Gate.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea issued the draft SPD for consultation in late November 2013. The Kensington Society had a number of concerns regarding the draft document and some of the proposals. The Society commissioned Malcolm Reading Consultants to assist them on representations on the draft SPD. MRC commissioned Cass Associates to provide advice on planning policy and procedural issues as well as providing some general comments on the draft proposals.
The Society submitted its representations before 20th January. RBCK will be analysing all representations received before presenting its final SPD to the Council for adoption.
