A masterplan and feasibility study for the King Street area, within the Wigan Heritage Action Zone.

• The study provided integrated proposals for regenerating this historic area and included public realm design, improvements to building frontages, selective demolition and the creation of new residential units.
• Subsequently incorporated into the wider strategic plan for Wigan town centre.
